1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the aaa777 website and platform at aaa777.biz (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by aaa777 on the Platform. aaa777 reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify age and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified or are found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and any outstanding balance may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the aaa777 Platform, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. aaa777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

You must notify aaa777 immediately via live support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. aaa777 reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation of any suspected security breach or fraudulent activity.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

aaa777 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount and processing times vary by payment method and are detailed on the deposits page of the Platform.

All funds deposited into your aaa777 account must originate from a payment source that is legally registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. aaa777 reserves the right to return deposits if third-party funding is suspected and to request supporting documentation for any transaction.

Deposits are credited to your aaa777 balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. aaa777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network disruptions beyond our control.

5 Withdrawals and Payout Policy

aaa777 is committed to processing GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within one (1) to two (2) hours for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. This is a service target and not a contractual guarantee, as processing times may be affected by verification requirements, banking system delays, or exceptional circumstances.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Participating in any form of fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors are not payable and must be returned to aaa777.

• Conducting any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the aaa777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, graphic assets, marketing copy, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of aaa777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any aaa777 content without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aaa777 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by technical failures.

aaa777's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aaa777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

11 Privacy and Data

aaa777's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the aaa777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aaa777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact aaa777 to attempt informal resolution of the dispute. aaa777 will endeavor to resolve good-faith disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving written notification of the issue.

13 Amendments to These Terms

aaa777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, aaa777 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice to registered members via email or in-platform notification. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
